You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Plans and Billing
The Service offers Free, Pro and Business plans. Paid plans are billed via our payment processor. Features and credit limits per plan are described on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
4. Acceptable Use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or abuse of the Service.
- No uploading content you do not have rights to process.
- No use of the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by StatementSync and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to deliver accurate parsing, you remain responsible for verifying outputs before using them for accounting, tax or financial decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatementSync will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
