Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with StatementSync. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

2. Refunds

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the original payment. If the Service did not work as expected for you, contact us within this window and we will review your request in good faith.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
  • We typically do not refund usage already consumed (e.g. credits used).
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

3. How to Request

To request a cancellation or refund, email support@thestatementsync.com or message us on WhatsApp with your registered email and a brief reason. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly and faster through support.
